psalm 3:3

On our retreat a couple weeks ago, my friend mention this verse and it has spoken to so many of us since then:

"But you, O Lord, are a shield around me,

my glory, and the one who lifts my head high."

Was there another verse that we heard on retreat that really spoke to you?
